Who we are
WayTress is a product of Authentic Influence (“we”, “us”, “our”). WayTress helps waitstaff track tips, claim tax deductions, and find higher-earning rooms. This policy covers the data we collect through the WayTress website at www.waytress.com.
What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run an early-access waitlist. Nothing more.

What we do not collect

Legal basis for processing
We process your email address based on your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion (see below).
How we store your data
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (AWS infrastructure, United States). Access is restricted to authenticated server-side requests using a service-role key. The database has row-level security enabled with no public access policies — the browser client cannot read or write waitlist data.
Who we share data with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database) process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies, but they do not have independent access to use your data.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, we honour these rights for everyone:

- —Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- —Withdraw consent — opt out of future communications at any time

Data retention
We keep your waitlist data until WayTress launches and you either become a user or decline to. If you request deletion at any time, we remove your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Children
WayTress is a tool for working hospitality professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we change what data we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. For material changes, we will email waitlist subscribers before the change takes effect.
